We'Re All In It Together

Description

Hailing from Dresden and founded in 2010 by Florian Hohmann, Luisa Mühl, and Martin Zerrenner, The Roaring 420s quickly gained international renown in the psychedelic scene. Blending 60s garage, freakbeat, surf, and bubblegum pop with finesse in their original compositions, The Roaring 420s return today with an exciting third album, sprinkled with vocal harmonies and sometimes sitar. With national Krautrock in the rearview mirror, and Eastern music or English folk as a backdrop, this new opus, recorded with the original lineup, features all the vibrant ingredients that made the band a success. "A wholesome and hedonistic twist merging the normally culturally constipated psych purists into fun loving party machines." Far Out Magazine (UK) Renowned as a live act, The Roaring 420s have toured extensively in Europe, the United States, and Israel, sharing the stage with bands like Blank Tapes, Night Beats, and White Fence. Their debut album "What is Psych?" was released on the Stoned Karma Records label in 2014 and captivated critics and fans alike. The Roaring 420s then founded their own label, It's a Gas! Records, through which they released their second album "You Can't Get Out Alive" in 2015, produced by Jorge Muñoz-Cobo Gonzalez (Holly Golightly, Boogarins, Golden Animals, etc.), featuring several collaborations, singles, and contributions to compilations on Levitation Records, Melotron Recordings, or Celluloid Gurus. Their music has also been used in advertising campaigns for GUCCI (feat. Lee Jung-jae), Specialized, and New Yorker. Pop Club is now joining forces with the German label It's a Gas Records to release this new album.
