The Paranoyds share an extraordinary connection: a deep friendship, forged by intimate knowledge and unwavering complicity. Their debut album on Third Man, Talk Talk Talk, draws its roots from the radical transformation they have undergone since 2020. It all began in April 2020, when they traveled to San Francisco to record seven demos at John Vanderslice's Tiny Telephone Studios. There, their unbreakable friendship was put to the test: they spent an entire week in the studio, without air conditioning or showers. Their unique sound and ability to surprise the listener are at the heart of Talk Talk Talk. It's hard to find two identical tracks on it. Each of the four band members drawing inspiration from varied influences (groovy R&B, lo-fi punk, fuzz-pop, and jazz), they manage to create a bold musical collage.
