A limited-edition octagonal quadruple vinyl box set and a double CD, covering the band's entire career and including unreleased and rare mixes, compiled by Dr. Alex Paterson.
"Orboretum: The Orb Collection" delves into the past, but also features recent albums such as “Abolition Of The Royal Familia” (2020) and “Prism” (2023) – which have been cited by the media as some of the collective’s best work – alongside the true gold of yesteryear.
The limited-edition 4LP box set is uniquely packaged in a magnificent octagon-shaped box, which folds out to form a huge flower. Each disc will be pressed on a different color: green, lilac, orange, and blue, with liner notes by Kris Needs. Each vinyl side is grouped by Alex to represent the 4 seasons, hence its botanical title. In addition, “Orboretum” will also be available as a 6-panel 2CD set with a 24-page booklet.
