Perhaps the most enriching experience for the band was touring Europe with Black Stone Cherry in 2022. None of them had ever crossed the ocean before, and it was the longest they had been away from home. Playing historic European theaters and seeing how their music resonated abroad was eye-opening. "Hearing people sing our songs back to us felt like we were in the Fourth Dimension. We never thought that was possible," TJ says with a laugh. All the growth and maturation of the past two and a half years can be heard on "Rise Above It All."
