Only Life is the third album by American rock band The Feelies, released in 1988, featuring the same lineup as on their previous album The Good Earth. It includes a cover of The Velvet Underground's "What Goes On" and reached number 173 on the Billboard 200. The music video for "Away" was directed by Jonathan Demme. The album has been described as an "updated and mature" version of its predecessor Crazy Rhythms. It features fewer acoustic tracks and a greater emphasis on fast, driving songs.
