Piano jazz, double bass, and soft percussion set the stage for The Deku Trio's debut album. Zelda & Jazz is a 12-track tribute to The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. The Deku Trio is a new project by Rob Araujo (Chillhop) and Chris Davidson (GameChops) that reinvents video game music covers through innovative arrangements for a jazz trio. Featuring iconic tracks like Song of Storms, Zelda’s Lullaby, and Great Fairy Fountain, The Deku Trio's coffeehouse-style reinterpretations offer warmly adorned piano lines, interesting reharmonizations, soulful bass lines, and subtle drumming. Music composed by Koji Kondo, with character illustrations by award-winning comic book artist Riana Dorsey.
