It had been 10 years since The Damned, true legends of the British punk scene, had released a studio album. After a remarkable concert in June 2017, headlining the Hellfest Warzone, the London band is thus confirming their big comeback with 'Evil Spirits', an album that is already generating excitement. Alongside the unshakeable singer Dave Vanian, two other original members are still present: the inimitable Captain Sensible on guitar and the "returning" Paul Gray on bass! Monty Oxymoron on keyboards since 1996 and Pinch on drums for almost 20 years complete this excellent team. Together they have recorded the album we no longer expected/hoped for... An album produced by Tony Visconti (David Bowie, T.Rex, Morrissey, U2, The Stranglers, Iggy Pop) and mixed by Kevin Kline (Peter Gabriel, Elvis Costello, Burt Bacharach, Brian Ferry...).
