Five years after the release of their eighth album, "Turn Blue," the Akron, Ohio duo, winners of six Grammys since their formation in 2001, are back with a new album, "Let's Rock," recorded in Dan Auerbach's Nashville studio. In recent years, the two friends have been creative forces behind numerous artists: Dan Auerbach founded his label, Easy Eye Sound, through which he released his second solo album "Waiting On A Song" (2017) as well as records by Yola, Shannon Shaw, Sonny Smith, Robert Finley, and The Gibson Brothers. He also released Leo Bud Welch's posthumous album. Patrick Carney, for his part, has produced projects for, among others, Calvin Johnson, Michelle Branch, Tobias Jesso, Jr., Jessy Wilson, Wild Belle, and created the theme music for the Netflix animated series BoJack Horseman.
