No one could have predicted the trajectory hardcore would take in its early days. And in the early 2000s, no one would have imagined that a band like TERROR would still be one of the genre's most influential, 24 years after their debut. Their aggression, combined with their deep love for a scene that so many others have left or even forgotten, has allowed them to prosper. Today, they unveil their tenth album, STILL SUFFER, set to be released on April 24th via Flatspot Records. Hailing from Los Angeles, California, at a time when hardcore needed a band to put the genre back on track, TERROR immediately made their mark and has never stopped making an impact. In collaboration with producer (and former guitarist) Todd Jones, the band has created ten fast, aggressive, and impactful tracks, true to the themes that made TERROR famous. STILL SUFFER was finalized with engineering and additional production by Taylor Young at The Pit Recording Studio, mixing by Jon Markson, and mastering by Brad Boatright at Audiosiege. Jay Zubricky also recorded vocals at GCR Audio, while Taylor Young and Oliver Roman tracked drums at Studio 606. The album features guest vocals from Jay Peta (Mindforce) on “Beauty in the Losses,” Brody King (God's Hate) and Dan Seely (King Nine) on “Deconstruct It,” as well as a powerful vocal performance from Chuck Ragan (Hot Water Music) on “Fear The Panic,” a track co-produced by Chad Gilbert (New Found Glory). Since their beginnings, TERROR has never denied the values that have made the band strong. With the release of STILL SUFFER, it's clear that the band has no intention of stopping, successfully continuing its mission to deliver authentic hardcore and show the world that it's much more than just music.
