The legendary Belgian band Telex and the Mute label have announced a new partnership that will begin with the release
of This is Telex, a brand new 14-track compilation due out on April 30, 2021 via Mute/[PIAS].
Peppered with pop gems and synths, This Is Telex includes the greatest hits from the new wave trio's career. From their first single ‘Twist à Saint Tropez’ in 1978, through the hits 'Moskow Diskow' and 'Eurovision' and up to the release of their last album How Do You Dance? in 2006, the compilation tracks have been freshly mixed and remastered from the original tapes by band members Dan Lacksman and Michel Moers. This new partnership with Mute will see a full series of back catalogue reissues released, starting with This is Telex this April 30!
