Master is the long-awaited third album from experimental rock band Teeth Of The Sea. Almost three years have passed since the band released Your Mercury. During this time, the band's experimental instincts have gone in all directions. While this new album still pays homage to their past influences (Throbbing Gristle, Goblin, Heldon, Angelo Badalamenti and Slayer), recent works by Byetone, Pete Swanson, Raime, Powell and Prurient as well as an obsession with the disco styles of Patrick Cowley and Giorgio Moroder have helped shape the abrasive electro constructs and incandescent waves of noise found on Master.
