Mark Bradac and Chuck Price invented slam dancing (all while playing guitar). Mike Kozak, who never let his drumming get in the way of his expression, would regularly storm off stage screaming to get closer to the audience. It was three or four concerts in one, and no one knew how to describe them yet. TEAZE's first album was recorded in 1976 at a studio near Toronto called The Grange. The band thought they were recording demos, but an LP titled \"TEAZE\" was released. It ended up selling better in Sweden than in Canada. After that, TEAZE signed with Aquarius Records and the band moved to Montreal. In late 1977, they recorded an album titled \"ON THE LOOSE\" with producer George Lagios. They began building an audience, and the release of the next album was marked by several firsts: their first concert outside Canada, their first headlining tour, and their first live album, \"TOUR OF JAPAN.\" The band's popularity kept growing. A contract was signed with Capitol in the United States. At last, TEAZE's albums would be available in Detroit. \"ONE NIGHT STANDS\" had to be a masterpiece. And it was: TEAZE's best album. The performance was passionate, the music powerful, and the lyrics clear and intelligent. Producer Myles Goodwyn helped the band harmonize all their disparate elements. \"ONE NIGHT STANDS\" included the band's most memorable tracks, \"HEARTLESS WORLD\" and \"YOUNG AND RECKLESS.\" TEAZE's fifth and final album, \"BODY SHOTS,\" was a solid work, but between their first and last recordings, the band members had lost some of their fire. This fourth album hinted that their best work might not be enough. The termination of their American contract was a hard blow, and the band split up six months after the release of \"BODY SHOTS.\" TEAZE was perhaps ahead of its time. Or perhaps they were misunderstood. The five albums from that era constitute a legacy. And it turns out that legacy is far from over... Over time, the various band members went their separate ways, but a chance encounter at a local restaurant allowed everyone to attempt the most unlikely reunion, 39 years later. Thus was born the rebirth of TEAZE.","brand":"Teaze","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":57483633918296,"sku":null,"price":20260522.0,"currency_code":"EUR","in_stock":true}],"url":"https:\/\/vinyles.com\/en\/products\/teaze_rev-your-engines-cd_2026_disco-bertus-france","provider":"Vinyles.com","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
