The group celebrates its 40th anniversary today and releases this box set available in format: 7CD + 1 DVD + 1 40-page book of photographs, quotes, and lyrics, 12" x 12", signed by Noise Records. Contains rare and previously unseen photos from the era. Also available in VINYL format 9 LP + 1 DVD + 1 40-page book of photographs. Tankard is a German thrash metal band founded in 82. From a stylistic point of view, Tankard has always played thrash whose themes were mainly centered on alcohol. "Zombie Attack" was released in 86. In 87, their 2nd album, "Chemical Invasion", was released, followed a year later by "The Morning After", then "The Meaning of Life", "Stone Cold Sober" and "Two-Faced". They also recorded the live album "Fat, Ugly and Live" at that time, and in 94 "The Tankard" was released, which is the last album on the Noise label.
