In 2021, Tadpoles reformed for a recording project. Despite the distance between them (New York, Sacramento, and Basel, Switzerland), the three artists began composing together by digitally exchanging projects. The magic was still there, but transformed. After years apart, they found that their music was profoundly different from that of the space rock band that had made waves at Terrastock 97.
