In a dilapidated Atlanta house with a flooded basement and moldy air, where the landlord was trying to evict them for turning the place into an “electronic rock band practice space,” Sword II created the most ambitious, accessible, and electrifying music of their career. Electric Hour marks their first truly cohesive project after an experimental track-by-track approach. Between psychedelia, hardcore punk, and theatrical intensity, they assert a raw, stripped-down, and resolutely rebellious sound.
