This EP can truly be considered an album, with its 8 tracks and 60 minutes, a counterpart to "The Age of Adz," in a way... It revolves around two versions of the track "All Delighted People," a tribute to the Apocalypse, existential boredom, and Paul Simon's "Sounds Of Silence." The title track was written during Sufjan's tour in autumn 2009.
