Description

Stygian Dark, purveyors of dirty and detuned old school death metal, released their debut album "Gorelords Of War" in 2021. The band was formed by vocalist Dave Ingram (Benediction, Bolt Thrower) and guitarist Rogga Johansson (Paganizer, Massacre, Heir Corpse One, Furnace Revolting, To The Gallows), and the lineup is completed by Alwin Roes (Dead End, Wish, Procreation) on bass and Jon Rudin (Wombbath, Just Before Dawn) on drums. The first CD pressing of this album sold out in a few weeks. A second production was quickly planned, but the label wanted to release something special for the fans, not just a simple re-release. The idea was to include a brand new bonus track. This song, "Mort Vivant", is finally ready, and "Gorelords Of War" is now presented in a very elegant way: it comes in a 5-panel cross-CD digipak and is packaged in a slipcase (with brand new artwork!).
