The latest album by Sting " 57th & 9th " was a success, not only commercially (platinum record in France with over 100,000 albums sold) but also critically, with everyone unanimously praising his return to pop-rock sounds. The first two singles "I Can't Stop Thinking About You " and " One Fine Day " reached the Top 20 of adult radio airplay in France. From his performance for the reopening of the Bataclan to the release of his DVD Live At The Olympia (certified gold), Sting has carried out an extraordinary campaign. Fit and inspired, Sting reconnects for his next album with the reggae pop and Caribbean sounds that contributed to the success of some of his hits like " So Lonely ". This new album, titled 44/876 (in reference to the phone codes of England and Jamaica) is a collaborative album with the equally incredible Shaggy. Launched with great fanfare during the Victoires de la Musique last February, the first single " Don't Make Me Wait " is already in the Top 25 of adult radio. An impressive promotional schedule will accompany this release, along with a co-ex with France TV, followed by a festival tour this summer.
