13 years we were waiting for this! 13 years after Nite Versions, brothers David and Stephen Dewaele return for a new SOULWAX album, From Deewee, named after their own studio/label. And since their absence has been long, the concept of this new project is simple: to release an album spontaneously, with the shortest possible time between recording and release. The recording takes place in 3 days, "live," filmed, in the Dewaele brothers' studio in Ghent, Belgium. On this album, we find Stefaan Van Leuven on bass guitar and synthesizers, three drummers - Victoria Smith (Jamie T), Iggor Cavalera (Sepultura, MIXHELL), Blake Davies (Turbowolf) - as well as Laima Leyton (MIXHELL) on synthesizers and backing vocals. After the immense success of their innovative project Radio Soulwax, and their tours around the world under the name of 2manydjs, From Deewee is already set to be essential!
