Beatboxer, rapper, DJ, and singer, Sly Johnson has been on the French scene for over 15 years and is an artist in perpetual evolution. At 40, this meticulous musician and brilliant vocalist is writing a new chapter... A member of Saïan Supa Crew from 1997 to 2007. As an author, co-composer and performer, it was with this iconic group that he toured national and international stages and came into contact with many artists (such as RZA of Wu-Tang, Rahzel of The Roots, Dudley Perkins alias Declaime, Wildchild, Roots Manuva,... ). Their album "KLR" won 2 Platinum and 1 Gold records. Nominated twice during the 17th session of the Victoires de la Musique, Saïan collectively won the award for best album for "X-Raisons" which also went Gold. Sly returns with a new album as a Soul singer, but he also incorporates beatboxing, as most of the songs on this album are performed with his voice.
