Born in the midst of a pandemic, Shine is the new project of Tomasz Dobrzeniecki (Hazael), and their debut album Wrathcult reveals the emergence of a new force in Polish extreme metal. Inspired by Emperor, Bathory, Morbid Angel, Entombed and Dismember, the band forges a raw, relentless sound that is distinctly their own. Released on Dark Descent Records, Wrathcult explores themes related to ancestral knowledge, primal forces, and pre-Christian myths.
