Description

Incisive & elegant, the band, winner of the Chorus award 2013, is about to release its first EP "Légendes Locales". Originating from Lille & Paris, the project consists of two founding members Arnaud Lefin (multi-instrumentalist and main composer) and Olivier Schlauberg (singer / author / composer). In 2011, 3 other musicians joined the band: Léo Grandperret (guitarist / composer), Bastien Catenacci (bassist) and Mark Rutledge (drummer). All have solid musical experience through various projects conducted on the independent scene (Kings OffCash, GOS, Blackpool, Clarika, Rodrigue, Enemies.). The atmosphere is poetic, the lyrics are lucid. The whole is imbued with the reality of our time. The subjects tell the world of today, they provide a version of the facts about work, politics, love, and daily life. From 'talk over' to singing, through reading - the voice brings together - the words are - the music follows.
