Satanic North announces its debut self-titled album, set for release on April 19, 2024 via Reaper Entertainment. The guys behind the idea of Satanic North are two well-known Finns. Petri Lindroos (Ensiferum, Warmen) and Janne Parviainen (Ensiferum) have created ten black metal songs that will rival the spring sunshine. "We kept everything very simple and practical. We didn't want to lose too many takes to keep the songs raw and natural," explains Petri. "The mixing was completed at the winter solstice, and now this beast is waiting, ready to be unleashed. We all share the same vision of black metal, and that vision is: stop the midtempo, bring back the blastbeats," Petri chants.
