Description

SACRED PAWS rose from the ashes of indie-pop band Golden Grrrls. It is a duo consisting of London-based singer and guitarist Rachel Aggs (who also played in the bands Trash Kit and Shopping) and Glasgow-based drummer Eilidh Rogers, who decided on a whim to carry on the torch of their former band. Earlier this year, they signed with Rock Action, Mogwai's legendary label, and promptly released their debut album, *Strike A Match*. *Strike A Match* contains 10 short but incisive tracks. For fans of: The Raincoats, Sleater Kinney, Warpaint.
