Conknown for having been the guitarist of Scorpions in the 70s (until the famous double live album "Tokyo Tapes"), Uli Jon Roth is a guitar hero like no other. Influenced by both classical music and Jimi Hendrix, he lives in a world of his own, where his art is closely linked to his spirituality. His approach to the guitar has also had a decisive impact on several generations of musicians, with Yngwie Malmsteen and Edward VanHalen at the forefront! UDR is releasing a brand new double album of 19 re-invented Scorpions tracks, titled "Scorpions Revisited". The double disc was recorded in Hanover, Germany, in the same venue used during the Scorpions' rehearsals from 1973 to 1978," Roth explains. "Together with an incredible group of very talented young musicians, I revisited my personal favorite tracks, some of which were written in that very same venue."
