After exploring a sixties folk rock sound with his album Fringale (2022), and then experimental pop infused with Bowiesque references in 2023 with Le Don et la Disgrâce, Geneva-based singer Romano Bianchi returns sharper than ever with a third album titled Amore Infinito in September 2026, which will be released on the Le Pop Club Records label. With tracks like "Mes Adieux à la Nuit" and "J'aime voir les Artistes Suer," where the first person is omnipresent, the album aims to be more intimate and aspires to represent Romano Bianchi's inner world. The references invoked during the creation of this album are no longer musical but literary and cinematic. Talking about Romano Bianchi's music is akin to imagining what the soundtrack of a film co-directed by Carson McCullers, Romain Gary, and Jim Jarmusch would be. There is no doubt that it would involve themes of love and passions, of an infinite and voracious love that has no other ambition than to place its faith in imagination and the need to create. As Romano Bianchi himself puts it: "At the age of thirty and with a nice hangover, Amore Infinito." That's an order, dismissed.
