Latin Grammy nominee and Brazilian Music Award winner, Rogê has become a central figure in the resurgence of Música Popular Brasileira (MPB). With a career spanning over twenty years, Rogê has released seven solo albums that have cemented his place in the contemporary Brazilian music scene. In 2023, he released his debut American album, *Curyman*, on Diamond West Records. Produced by Thomas Brenneck of the Budos Band, the album is a celebration of samba infused with messages of resilience and redemption. Now, he is releasing *Curyman II*. Building on the success of his U.S. debut, this album promises to deliver even more vibrant samba rhythms and thought-provoking lyrics. *Curyman II* also marks a significant return for legendary arranger Arthur Verocai, following their successful collaboration on *Curyman*. Together, they have once again built upon their previous work, blending Verocai's intricate, layered arrangements with Rogê's soulful melodies.
