This part 2 is more organic, bluesy, and raw compared to the Hellbilly Deluxe 1 album, with less electronic influence but a stronger focus on classic Hard Rock and Metal guitar riffs. Rob Zombie enlisted artists Dan Brereton (creator of Nocturnals), Alex Horley (from Image Comics and DC Comics), and David Hartman (storyboard artist) to create the album cover.
