Premiere vinyl edition of this incredible live concert from Rainbow's first world tour, capturing one of the band's very first concerts in Europe, at the Philipshalle in Düsseldorf on September 27, 1976. Remastered by Andy Pearce and Matt Wortham, it will be released on June 26, 2026. Riding on the success of their albums "Ritchie Blackmore's Rainbow" and "Rainbow Rising," Rainbow arrives in Europe for their first concerts. The band plays to sold-out crowds, and what a band! Led by the unpredictable and virtuosic guitarist Ritchie Blackmore, the band has produced some of the biggest rock hits of the 70s and 80s. This concert, recorded during the 1976 Rainbow Rising tour in Düsseldorf, Germany, features tracks from Rainbow as well as hard rock classics such as "Stargazer" and "Man on the Silver Mountain." This live album was only available until now on CD pressings made 20 years ago, either as a standalone concert or in the exclusive 6 CD box set in Japan, "Deutschland Tournee 1976." Nearly 50 years after the original concert, the recording makes its first appearance on vinyl, with sound remastered by Andy Pearce and Matt Wortham.
