With "Décollage", Requin Chagrin delivers a fourth album marked by freedom and renewal. Marion Brunetto explores brighter, more new wave sounds, driven by synthesizers and drum machines, without ever denying the project's DNA: melancholic bedroom pop, reverberating guitars, and an intact garage energy. Conceived between a formative road trip across France, her teenage bedroom transformed into a studio, and legendary venues like Motorbass and Ferber, the album is the result of total letting go. Marion Brunetto is omnipresent (writing, composing, performing, instruments, and production), ensuring strong artistic coherence, surrounded by loyal collaborators. The first single from the project, "Parachute", embodies this balance between fragility and power.
