Le cinquième volume du très apprécié projet « Beethoven’s world » présente le premier concerto pour violon de Beethoven qui n’a été transmis que par fragments et rarement enregistré, des concertos inconnus pour instruments solistes de Wranitzky et Vorisek et un enregistrement en première mondiale du concerto pour cor de Reicha. Pour cet enregistrement, le chef d’orchestre Reinhard Goebel a fait équipe avec l’Orchestre de la radio de Munich et d’excellents solistes, parmi lesquels les artistes de Sony Classical Nils Mönkemeyer (alto) et Yaara Tal (piano). Les précédents enregistrements de ce projet « Beethoven’s World » ont reçu une grande attention et d’excellentes critiques dans le monde entier.
