On May 27th, the freshest metal band in France will be back to blow our eardrums with their 3rd album "Fréquence violence", produced by the metal wizard Francis Caste.
Pogo Car Crash Control, or P3C, consists of four young artists, including a bassist in Rock&Folk's TOP #10 best current musicians, a singer with punk energy, and two brothers on guitar and drums. As the kerosene of French metal, they already have several achievements to their name: 2 albums (soon to be 3); 9 guitars, 2 collarbones, and 45 cymbals broken on stage; 3 fiery tours spanning 250 dates; 1 performance at the Zénith de Paris, and soon their 3rd appearance at Hellfest...
On Fréquence Violence, the band adds another string to their bow with more open tracks, almost gentle verses (Cristaux liquides, Recommence à zéro), before the tension reasserts itself in explosive choruses that remind us of some classics of the genre. Rest assured, the amps stay on from the first to the 12th track of this new opus, with direct lyrics depicting a non-conformist life between cynicism and self-deprecation.
