To honor his memory, Pascale Le Berre, keyboardist and composer for "Marc Seberg" and "Philippe Pascale," has created this tribute album dedicated to Philippe Pascal, author, singer, and leader of the bands "Marquis de Sade," "Marc Seberg," and "Philippe Pascale." Nine artists with close ties to his history were given carte blanche to re-interpret iconic tracks from "Marc Seberg" and "Philippe Pascale." The tenth track is an unreleased "Philippe Pascale" song recorded in their studio in 2000. "What color is passion?" Even before I saw him on stage, it was Philippe Pascal's voice and the intensity of the emotions he expressed that moved me so deeply.
