2009 saw the release of Halfway Homeless. An album that no one expected to be both a testament to the past and a premonitory sign. And yet...And yet, if he was almost the homeless person he describes, it is as a celestial hobo that he would live his life and music from 2009 onwards, with more than 120 dates in three years. A series of tours, as many journeys and encounters, which would see the Bronx rapper share the road and stage with legends like or , renowned alternative hip-hop projects ( , or ) the legendary French dubbers of , but also clearly noise bands like A versatile live formula nourished as much by Hispanic hip-hop grooves as by post-apocalyptic industrial sounds, built around the duo (MC, machines, MPC, turntables) and (guitar and bass, also a member of .) which would infect crowds at festivals like Dour, Marsatac, Astropolis, Aucard de Tours, or Riddim Collision, and see the rapper travel through France, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, or Slovenia. It was during his frequent trips back and forth to New York that he began to secretly compose his third full-length album, as a life assessment and a testimony to this almost schizophrenic American-European period. A symbol of these cross-overs, hallmarks of the freaks rapper, he collaborated with different producers. In addition to the regulars who authored two tracks each, Oddateee also involved his recent encounters such as the French , the Swiss and also and especially on the hit Rock n Rap.
