To mark the band's 20th anniversary, we are proud to announce the re-release of this unique project album, which reinterprets punk and post-punk songs in electro, bossa nova, and folk styles. Enriched with numerous bonus tracks, some of which have never been released before. Nouvelle Vague was born from Marc Collin and Olivier Libaux's desire to dust off and readapt new wave standards in a bossa nova style. Over the course of their albums, Nouvelle Vague has featured a host of singers. More eclectic than its predecessor, Bande à Part draws its influences from pre-electro, post-punk, and "eighties" pop.
