Nine-time GRAMMY-winning singer, songwriter, and pianist Norah Jones unveils her ninth solo studio album Visions, a collaboration with producer and multi-instrumentalist Leon Michels.Visions is a collection of 12 vibrant and joyful songs in which Norah Jones sings about a sense of freedom, the urge to dance, the will to do things right, and accepting what life brings her."The reason I called the album Visions is that a lot of ideas came in the middle of the night or just before falling asleep. We wrote most of the songs the same way: I was at the piano or guitar, Leon was on drums, and we were jamming. I love the raw quality between Leon and me, the way it sounds a bit garage, but also a bit soul, because that's where he comes from, but also because it's not too polished," explains Norah Jones.
