Nino Vella, the late producer of the French pop and rap scene: a posthumous, intimate and vibrant album"Plage des bigorneaux" is the posthumous solo album by musician Nino Vella, a discreet but essential figure on the French music scene (co-founder of Rouquine, composer and artistic director for numerous artists such as Yseult, Eddy de Pretto, Lord Esperanza...). Before his sudden death in July 2024, Nino had devoted several months to this very personal, introspective and melancholic project, which is sometimes chilling in its prescience. He composed and produced almost all of it, with that exactingness and finesse that were his hallmark.Eleven tracks were selected: nine songs sung by Nino, two with guide vocals. The album was carefully finalized by his loved ones and artistic collaborators, respecting his universe and his intentions. Through this deeply human work, Nino explores the fragility of existence and the intensity of emotions, with sensitivity and discretion. This record is a tribute to a rare artist, and to the suspended beauty of a project that remained unfinished, but essential.
