Lovesick 1987-2017
Description
Night Trains, formed in 1987, is part of, like Galliano, the first wave of Acid Jazz signings then led by Ed and Gilles Peterson. The album traces the 30 wonderful years of the group and its complete discography. The album includes the underground hit 'Open Channel D' which is being re-released for the first time since 1987. In the early 90s, the group released two albums 'Loaded' and 'Sleazeball' with several singles and EPs. 'Sleazeball' featured the hit 'Lovesick', one of the group's most famous tracks. Tracks from 'Sleazeball' & 'Loaded' appear on the album as well as 'No More Heroes'. The album comes with an 8-page booklet and notes from Eddie Miller tracing the history of the group, and featuring images illustrating the 30 years of the group's activity.
