After No Hard Feelings, the first album by NEWSTREET ADVENTURE released in 2013, the London quintet returns with Stubborn Sons still on Acid Jazz. Stubborn Sons marks the advancement and persistence of the group in groovy grooves, with melodic Moogs and fuzz guitars underpinning ten tracks that encapsulate the world around them. The lyrics address social politics mixed with a healthy dose of humor. Recorded in seven days in a studio in Essex, located northeast of London, the album, like No Hard Feelings, is again produced by Mitch Ayling (The Milk).
