Description

Nautha is an Italian psychedelic rock band formed in Rome in 2016. The core lineup consists of Pierpaolo Cianca (guitar), Antonio Montellanico (vocals, bass, guitar), and Giorgio Pinnen (drums). In 2018, they debuted with the album "Tutti I Colori Del Buio," inspired by 70s Italian progressive rock bands, blending doom, psychedelia, and art rock. "Metempsychosis" is their second album and a new chapter in their sonic exploration. Abandoning Italian for English, the Roman band sheds its skin to immerse its sound in a cosmic journey. Seven songs as "transmigrations of the soul" and interpretations of sound, each time leaving behind the formal structures of progressive rock to embrace the experimental sounds of jazz-rock, the galactic journeys of psychedelic krautrock, and even a touch of riff-laden melodic alternative grunge rock.
