I had to end this adventure that lasted ten years, and it was heartbreaking. It has been a crazy but exciting job, I loved everything we did together since 2009. I was a sort of pioneer, singing and conducting at the same time. And so, it was painful to stop, it happened under difficult conditions, with financial worries.The end of something is always sad. To save this orchestra, I would have had to dedicate myself to it one hundred percent, and unfortunately that was no longer possible, ... or fortunately given everything that is happening today. But so 'Contraltos', it will be a tribute to all the great contraltos of the eighteenth century who were in the shadow of the castrati and by the way much more numerous than them. The contralto voice was not yet a species in danger of extinction, there were many divas, whose repertoire I wanted to explore, with a lot of research and many unpublished works. I remain a singer. And it is sometimes very relaxing to keep in touch with the voice... !"
