3D ROUTINE

Description

After *Introduction Party*, a very promising first EP, Mush is set to hit hard with *3D Routine*, their first album due for release on February 14th. The album once again showcases a certain taste for absurd melody, ear-splitting guitar, and an underlying message addressed to a society they prefer to mock with a playful snub rather than confront with the clumsy seriousness of a literal approach. More experimental than ever, the album nonetheless manages to retain the brutal aspect of the band's early sounds while continuing to fuel the variety of arrangements that embody them. The team, led by composer Dan Hyndman, is a perfect blend of youth and experience. All gravitating around Leeds, they form a united group in their affection for distorted, intense, and unleashed rock, in the vein of Talking Heads or The Fall.
