La Sangre Illuminada

Description

Fernando Corona aka Murcof, has established himself since the release of Martes in 2002 as one of the founding fathers of the contemporary electronic avant-garde. A true sound architect, the Mexican disrupts the parameters of space-time in each of his exercises and cultivates a musical bouquet that is both organic and electric. The story of InFiné and Murcof begins with the label's very first release. In 2007, in charge of the post-production of Not For Piano, Murcof propelled the ivory notes of Francesco Tristano's first album towards the cosmos before embarking on a European tour as a duo.Last summer, during the second edition of our summer workshops in Tercé near Poitiers, he lined the walls of the Normandoux quarry with unusual acoustic textures during a singular dialogue with pianist Vanessa Wagner and cellist Sasha Rozhdestvensky. It is therefore with great pride that InFiné welcomes under its roof a completely new version of the original soundtrack for the film "La Sangre Iluminada" by director Ivàn Duenas.Minimalist, abstract, refined, the whole fascinates and the listener, like the viewer, caresses emotion in its absolute form.
