Célébrant le 25e anniversaire du festival Verbier, Deutsche Grammophon présente en un coffret de 4CD et en édition limitée des enregistrements live inédits, réunissant des interprétations de ses artistes maison vénérés tels que Martha ARGERICH, Yevgeny KISSIN, Mikhail PLETNEV, Bryn TERFEL, Daniil TRIFONOV, Yuja WANG et les chefs d'orchestre Valery GERGIEV, Gustavo DUDAMEL, Kent NAGANO et Kurt MASUR. Depuis 1994 le festival de Verbier accueille les plus grands musiciens du monde entier leur permettant d'explorer de nouveaux répertoires et de nouvelles collaborations. Offrant un large panorama de grands classiques jusqu'aux œuvres plus rares, de la musique pour orchestre à la musique de chambre en passant par le répertoire concertant et lyrique, l'édition s'accompagne d'un livret trilingue comprenant des notes de Julian Sykes et une préface du fondateur et directeur du festival, Martin Engström.
