"Human Rights Now!" - the second All-Stars charity concert tour organized by the Nobel Peace Prize-winning human rights organization, Amnesty International, was held to draw attention to the fortieth anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. This concert was one of the final stops of the "Human Rights Now!" tour, and its headliners: Bruce Springsteen, Sting, Peter Gabriel, Tracy Chapman, and Youssou N'Dour had traveled the globe by the time the concert took place at the legendary River Plate Stadium in Buenos Aires on October 15, 1988. This CD+DVD Digipak edition features unique performances such as: "Born In The USA" by Springsteen, "Sledgehammer" by Peter Gabriel, "Don't Stand So Close To Me" by Sting, and the highlight of the evening, as all the artists came together on stage for an emotional rendition of: "Chimes Of Freedom" by Bob Dylan and "Get Up, Stand Up" by Bob Marley.
