Passages: Artists In Solidarity With Immigrants, Refugees, And Asylum Seekers

Passages is a project meant to be listened to in a place that evokes comfort and security, a space where one can move freely. The artists wrote and recorded these songs with gratitude and a desire to protect this same refuge, aware that the concept of "home" is under threat today. The album supports the rights of immigrants, refugees, and asylum seekers, whose struggle for safe passage in fact defends everyone's access to this fundamental right. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to American Gateways and Casa Marianella, two Texas associations that have been providing essential low-cost services for over 70 years: legal assistance, food, housing, healthcare, and other vital aid. All work related to the production of the album—mixing, mastering, design, promotion, and manufacturing—was donated or funded separately so that all proceeds benefit these organizations. Passages thus stands as an acknowledgment of these ongoing efforts and an invitation to act. Representatives need our voice, our families our testimonies, and our neighbors and local organizations on the ground rely on our commitment.
