Michel Delpech passed away in January 2016. The project aims to keep his repertoire alive, even to rediscover it. Michel Delpech is one of the most popular contemporary artists. His repertoire has included dozens of hits since the early 70s that anyone can sing along to. His biggest hits are covered by artist-friends, Alain Chamfort, Didier Barbelivien, or admirers of all generations, Calogero, Patrick Bruel, Marc Lavoine, Pascal Obispo, Louane, Slimane, Vianney. Similarly, the artistic work, under the direction of Dominique Blanc Francard, aims to provide a new perspective on the repertoire while respecting the original works. Among others, we will find "Chez Laurette," "Pour un flirt," "Quand j'étais chanteur," "Le Loir-et-Cher," "Les Divorcés," "Le Chasseur," "Que Marianne était jolie," "Ce lundi-là," "Wight Is Wight." Immense songs that are not only the extraordinary heritage left to us by an exceptional author and performer but also hold up a mirror to France that a thousand sociologists and a thousand historians could not have rendered more accurately and sincerely.
