Since their first album Lobotomizer (1991), the band has released numerous albums, each more essential than the last. With Demon Box (1993), they left a psychedelic stoner imprint; today, it is as difficult to categorize their music as it is to cite an influence. We find snippets of West Coast psychedelia, krautrock, punk, minimalism, improvisation, and prog. A hybrid blend that has developed over 15 years of live shows and studio work, creating MOTORPSYCHO's unique and easily identifiable sound.
