New edition of the album with new tracks: Twenty years later, "Motivés," a past participle, continues to be conjugated in the present. Songs that supported the struggles of yesterday, choruses echoing the fights and battles of today, workers', humanist, and just causes. There’s still no arrangement because we have not given up, and we are not alone, since you too are part of it. It’s true that sometimes our arms drop in despair when we hear and endure the sowers of hate and their deceitful speeches; it’s also true that we are seized with horror and sadness by the barbaric acts in many countries around the world and here in France, but the revolt is within us and the battle is not over. These are speeches and acts of panic in the face of the movement of the world and identities. Times may harden and toughen, but in the end, it will change nothing; our country is the world. A world of resistors to all fascisms, of fighters, accompanied by these songs that have long been in our minds and in our hearts. We are all at home. We are going on a campaign, served by these immortal works. We dream of loud, family, and improvised protests. Those that make us hope and fight. Education as a weapon of combat, because in the face of barbarians, fascists of all kinds, we must not give up on preparing the future, on taking our modest part in defending an ideal of a just, democratic, and mixed society. "Motivés," we sing it in the present, in tribute to those who do not give up resisting, being in solidarity, sharing; we sing it together because our country, our world is vast and we too are many.
