Ring spiel tour '95

Description

In 1995, Mike Watt (ex-Minutemen and fIREHOSE, future Stooges) released "Ball-Hog Or Tugboat ?", his first solo album where each track is played by different musicians, including Frank Black, Flea, Krist Novoselic, Dave Pirner, Mark Lanegan, Evan Dando, Stephen Perkins, J Mascis, Curt and Cris Kirkwood, Henry Rollins, Nels Cline, Mike D, Ad-Rock, Bernie Worrell, Carla Bozulich, Eddie Vedder, Pat Smear, and Dave Grohl, to name a few! (and the list is not exhaustive). It is with the last three, plus William Goldsmith on drums, that Watt then undertook his first tour alongside Hovercraft (the band of Vedder's wife, in which he also plays drums, almost incognito) and Foo Fighters. Columbia Recordings is now offering a live album recorded during this tour.
